Nicole Peterson
Nicole Peterson began her dance education at Gloria Jean’s Studio of Dance and competed nationally with them before continuing her training at The Dancer’s Studio and Wendy’s School of Dance. Nicole went on to study at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA and performed in the SCAD Dance Theatre Company as a dance captain and choreographer. She finished her degree at Central Connecticut State University, graduating with BFA in Theatre with a Dance Concentration. At CCSU Nicole performed with DanCentral at the American College Dance Festival.
After graduating Nicole performed for several years with Clark Dance Theatre based in New Haven, where she was a choreographer and dance captain. Nicole was also a member of the dance department at the Westport Country Playhouse and an instructor at Body-N-Motion in Guilford. Nicole currently is on the teaching staff at Choate Rosemary Hall for their Young Artists Program. When she’s not at TDC, Nicole loves spending time with her son Sam, and her husband Chris. Nicole is so happy to be a part of The Dance Corner team!
