Grace Pendleton

Grace Pendleton began dancing at the age of three and has trained in a variety of styles, including jazz, tap, lyrical, ballet/pointe, acrobatics, contemporary, and more. She was a Dance Corner dancer for 15 years, 10 of which she competed with TDC, earning multiple titles and national trophies, along with many other accolades. Grace was also a member of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts for four years and served as president of the TDC chapter for two.
Recently, Grace graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sacred Heart University with a B.S. in Psychology and minors in Neuroscience and Dance, earning College Honors. At SHU, she continued her education and love for dance as a member of the Dance Company, studying under notable choreographers such as McClaine Timmerman, Garet Wierdsma, Natalie Stys, and Kelly Kaleta, among many others. She also attended and performed at the World Dance Movement in Italy, a global gathering of dancers, where she received recognition for her ballet and technique and was awarded a scholarship. During her senior year, she was accepted into the Company Choreography Fellowship Program, which gave her the opportunity to choreograph and present her work during the semester show.
Currently, Grace is pursuing her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Sacred Heart. She is thrilled to be back teaching at The Dance Corner and is eager to share her passion for dance while watching her students grow!
