Nicole has been dancing for over 25 years. She began her dance training at Gloria Jean’s Studio of Dance and competed nationally with them for several years before continuing her training at The Dancer’s Studio and Wendy’s School of Dance. Nicole went on to study at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA and performed in the SCAD Dance Theatre Company as a dance captain and student choreographer. She finished her degree at Central Connecticut State University, graduating with BFA in Theatre with a Dance Concentration. At CCSU Nicole was an officer and student choreographer for DanCentral, their on campus performance group. Nicole also was an award winner at the American College Theatre Festival as well as performing with DanCentral at the American College Dance Festival. Once out of school she performed for several years with Clark Dance Theatre based in New Haven. In her last year she acted as a choreographer and dance captain for the company. Nicole was also a member of the dance department at the Westport Country Playhouse in Westport, and a former instructor at Body-N-Motion in Guilford. Nicole currently serves as the Assistant To The Director and is so happy to be a part of The Dance Corner team!
